Daily Practice Schedule

The daily practice periods in the Ji-Jang Bosal Hall (Lower Level) are open to the public, both beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome. We encourage you to participate in our simple but powerful practices of bowing, chanting, and sitting. This is a great way to start your day and bring some clarity to your life.
